1. As someone who creates art across a variety of media, do you have a preference or move in and out different media naturally?

It's tough to say since unfortunately a lot of media continues to change and keep us on our toes. My go to has always been instagram, and I enjoy making photo posts over reels and other video media, but those just don't hit like they used to. Over the last few years I have definitely got the hang of a lot of them, and stay consistent though I will say occasionally one slips my mind and i forget to stay active. It's a whole job on its own staying up with it all.

2. Has spirituality always been a part of your art?

100% yes. I don't know how to create without spirituality or have my spirituality without my art. They coexist nicely in my life.

3.  How does your spirituality inform your art, or vice versa?

My intuition plays a key part in this as well as my own life experiences. Instead of making creations for the sake of creating I draw on what I specifically need at that moment so I can create from that space. My goal is always to reach those with similar situations and give them something to lean on and have as a tool.

4. What artists have inspired or informed your work?

There are so many, and it's always changing and evolving. Currently I've been very drawn to the work of Micah Ulrich and Daria Hlazatova.

5. What advice would you give for someone who wants to learn more about spirituality and the metaphysical world?

Just keep reading and absorbing knowledge. Take what you feel works for you, be respectful and kind. Be open to other perspectives and to shift yourself at times. Never stop learning, and believe in yourself.
