THE INTERRUPTION STAYS

English Porter on Nitro, 4.8% ABV

Dark, toasty, and malt-forward with a clean roastiness. Nitrogen produces a smooth, soft mouthfeel.

ROCKIN’ THE GOLD TOOTH

Cream Ale, 5.4%. ABV

A classic hybrid beer, featuring the light body and clean finish of a lager.

RECIPROCAL ARRANGEMENT

Rye Lager, 4.9%. ABV

Roggenbier is an historical ryle lager first brewed in Bavaria but has all but disappeared in modern times. Initial malt sweetness followed by a moderate spicy rye flavor and a slightly bitter aftertaste from the rye, not the hops.

VALKYRIE

Pale Ale, 4.7% ABV

Rose hips add botanical notes to this medium-bodied pale ale and citrus comes from dry-hopping with Four Star Farms teamaker hops.

EASY LISTENING FAVOURITES

English Pub Ale, 4.3% ABV

Inspired by time spent in London pubs, this is mild and malt-forward with notes of biscuit, toffee, and caramel. Dry finish.

EFFERVESCENT

Lemongrass Saison, 6% ABV

This traditional saison is brewed with lemongrass, starts off with a woody spice note and is followed by a refreshing earthy, lemon finish.

COUNTESS OF FLANDERS

Belgian Golden Strong Ale, 7.6%. ABV

Named after Margret II, this ale showcases the complexity of Belgian yeast with notes of banana and clove.

THE HIGH PRIESTESS

Blackurrant Sour, 4.8% ABV

Spent blackcurrants from C. Cassis and pomegranate juice provide beautiful color, aroma, and flavor to this slightly tart ale. 

CAPABLE OF ANYTHING

Chamomile Blonde Ale, 5.1% ABV

Sarah's specialty. Brewed with chamomile & lactose. Light bodied, with herbal & floral notes.

BEWARE MY SMILE

Wheat Ale, 5%ABV

Girl Power Pilsner malt is the base for this year’s Pink Boots Collaboration brew along with locally malted oats. Brewed with bitter orange peel and grains of paradise, this light wheat is smooth with citrus notes and a slight pepper finish. $1 from each pint of this beer goes back to the Pink Boots Society, supporting women in fermented beverages.

HOP RIOT

New England IPA, 8% ABV

Old World Pilsner malt brings flavor to this hazy beer. Citra brings the grapefruit while Azacca adds the juicy tropical notes.

MUNDANE MAN

American Pale Ale, 5.5%ABV

With simple grains but a complex regimen of hops, this traditional pale ale is smooth and finishes with a classic west coast bitterness.

Cream Ale + Michelada Mix, 5.4% ABV

Served over ice, a Michelada is savory with a little kick from assorted spices, lime, and tomato juice. Mixed with our cream ale, this classic Mexican drink is a beer treat.
